In 2020, Shritha was a Key note speaker at Alpha Delta Kappa Founders day meeting held in Racine, WI. After the event, the organization awarded a grant for SHOW for its contributions to the community.

In 2021, Shritha was invited to speak at World Water Day conference organized by USKIDS4Water. The topic was Water Scarcity and Conservation. Prominent people from US and India attended in this conference.
